Hi, I'm Georgie - the owner of Bettsy & Co, a media & events service that encourages growth, creativity and inspiration.

Having been recognised for my passion by Liverpool Chamber Training, my career began with the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce’s Events Team as an Events Assistant. Whilst there, I completed two Diplomas and achieved a promotion to Events Coordinator.

Then, an unexpected development… I was headhunted by Russell Taylor Group and offered the role of Marketing & Events Co-Ordinator for their expanding business. Marketing, media AND events – so I said yes!

Organically, I became the Co-Ordinator for their holdings company too (which included 4 other companies at the time) and my future became clear….

In 2015, Bettsy & Co was created to achieve my dreams of running a business that could service various companies and have the ability to cater for private events.

My success in 2016 (from word-of-mouth alone!) meant that I was in a position to grow the company... and now I support multiple large businesses with a strong team at my side and run a successful events service that has Christmas party bookings scheduled for next year!!

Meet Catherine - partner to the business as of 2017.

After many years of working alongside her at Russell Taylor Group, Catherine (also known simply as "Tidy") joined Bettsy & Co as part of a mutual agreement that saw all parties win...

Russell Taylor Holdings would achieve full support from us moving forward as a duo, Bettsy & Co increased in growth & capability and Catherine could freely express her creativity through media management and event coordination.

With a background in the arts, Diplomas under her belt & certification in Digital Marketing, her skills in organisation and abundance of creativity make her the perfect addition to the business.

Together we hope to gather more clientele, provide more manpower to our current accounts and build the Bettsy & Co brand - first and foremost with this website (that Catherine designed and built herself)!

Zoë joined us mid-2017 as we were approaching our busiest period yet in the business and her fresh approach has been wholly welcomed.

With a background in hospitality, and an education from the University of Bath studying Sport and Social Sciences, Zoë recently accomplished her lifelong ambition of living and working in the Alps - enjoying herself on the slopes in between the hard work!

Upon her return, Zoë was determined to undertake a totally different career direction; whilst in Morzine, she worked in a luxury hotel providing professional care to guests and assisting with events/weddings, which is where she found her passion for event co-ordination.

Joining Bettsy & Co as our Media & Events Assistant, with high motivation and strong willingness to learn and adapt to her new role, she fits right in!
